City Park

1206 W Ave B (NW) 

 This is an 88-acre park with picnic areas, grills, two children-shaded playscapes, soccer fields, baseball and softball fields, and two outdoor basketball and volleyball courts. City Park features the main public swimming pool in Cove which features a circular slide and a zero entry in the children's play area with a mushroom fountain. And don't forget your fishing pole and try your luck at the "duck pond".

South Park

2602 Dennis Dr. (CR 30 46) (SW) 

 South Park has a paved hike/bike trail beside a local creek. The trail measures 0.7 miles one way and is used for many exercise and fitness activities. One of two swimming pools is located at this park and features a new Splash Pad for our younger patrons. It also has a children's playscape and two youth soccer fields.

Ogletree Gap Park

1878 Post Office Rd (Hwy 190 West) 

Ogletree Gap has the original stage stop at this historical town site and the historical First Post Office of Copperas Cove. This is a beautiful area for exploring and walking in a natural setting. Ogletree Gap features a covered pavilion that can be reserved and rented for special events.

High Chaparral Park

1310 High Chaparral (W) 

 High Chaparral Park is 5 acres in a residential area. High Chaparral has a beautiful overlook of Ogle Tree Gap Preserve, while looking over the view children, can visit the covered playscape, covered pavilion, baseball/softball backstop or just play in the open area.

Kate St Park

603 Kate Street (SE) 

Kate St Park is 23 acres located in the residential area near Morris Valley. Kate St has two playscapes, swings, BBQ Grill, Pet Receptacles, and a bike repair stand.

Highland Park

1203 Craig St (W) 

Highland Park is 4 acres located in the residential area. Highland Park has open land, and vintage playground equipment such as the Spider Climb and Monkey Bars.

Heritage Park

1929 Pleasant Lane (SW) 

 Heritage Park is 7 acres and tucked away in a residential area. Heritage Park will bring you back to your childhood, with the metal slide, merry-go-round, picnic tables, and BBQ grills.

Rhode Park
