WATER FITNESS

Water Fitness will be taught by Sweat at Cove Fitness. The buoyancy of the water is easy on your joints. That makes water fitness a good choice if you have joint problems, chronic pain, or recovering from an injury. Though it's low-impact, you can make the workout harder. Everyone can have fun, feel healthy and be active!

SENIOR SWIM

Senior Swim is for individuals 50 years old or older. Senior Swim is design for individuals to swim laps, socialize and to have fun. 

 Monday, Wednesday, Friday 

• 10:00 am-12:00 pm

•Membership- $50 

 •Non-membership- $2.50 (per day)
